In 2018, I made a decision to take a significant leap in my career and pursue my love for user-centred design. This leap was driven by my deep appreciation for the importance of designing experiences that truly resonate with users and meet their needs effectively.
User experience extends far beyond just the user interface (UI). It encompasses a holistic understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviours. It requires a multidisciplinary skill set that combines creative knowledge with technical and business expertise.
I possess a deep understanding and ability to perceive human nature and behaviour, enabling me to create meaningful user experiences.
My skill set also includes analytical thinking, an open-minded approach, effective communication, and facilitation capabilities. These qualities allow me to navigate complex design challenges and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.
In my role, I undertake end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms. This involves conducting thorough research to define the design scope, sketching initial concepts, creating wireframes, developing prototypes, conducting user testing, designing the UI visuals, and collaborating closely with developers to bring the design to life. My comprehensive approach ensures that the user experience is carefully planned and executed throughout the entire design process.
Since 2018, I've had the honor of working with renowned and UX-focused organisations, including Ogilvy, GTB, VML, and Ford Motor Company. Throughout this journey, I've worked on projects that inspire enthusiasm, drive engagement, and empower users. At Ford, I spearheaded the formation of new teams dedicated to designing innovative prototypes aimed at revolutionizing the industry. Additionally, I've led company-wide training sessions to introduce and educate teams on Figma's latest advanced features.
I am eagerly seeking an opportunity to join a team where I can continue to create impactful and visually compelling experiences for mobile and web platforms.
